👨🍳 How to Make Kebab Pie at Home
🛒 Ingredients:
- 🥩 500g mixed minced meat (chicken & beef)
- 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 🌶️ 1 tsp ground cumin
- 🥄 1 tsp ground coriander
- 🔥 1 tsp chili flakes
- 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
- 🍯 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 🥧 Ready-made shortcrust pastry
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten (for glazing)
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling: Sauté onion & garlic 🧄 in a pan until soft. Add minced meat 🥩 and cook until browned. Mix in the spices 🌶️ & sweet chili sauce 🍯. Let it cool.
2️⃣ Assemble the Pie: Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) 🔥. Roll out the pastry 🥧, fill with the meat mixture, and cover with another layer. Seal edges & cut a small slit.
